Acting for Claimant in proceedings in the Chancery Division arising from a failed joint venture in Malaysia. Ongoing challenge to the jurisdiction. Obtained an anti-suit injunction from Lightman J to restrain an arbitration in Malaysia on the basis that the arbitration agreement was an alleged forgery.
