Acted in a case in the Court of Appeal on behalf of the GMC. The GMC was the Respondent, having won before Owen J, and the appeal by the other side was dismissed. The case concerned allegations that a Committee of the GMC had been biased against two doctors who had been struck off the medical register over 20 years ago. The doctors sought to set aside the erasures. The Court of Appeal agreed with the Judge that there had been no actual or apparent bias.
