Mr Justice Singh has given judgment in this high-profile case involving the serial killer Joanne Dennehy. She claimed that her rights under Article 3 and Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights had been violated by her prolonged segregation within HMP Bronzefield, Mr Justice Singh disagreed.
