FC Utrecht B.V. v Swansea City AFC Ltd

Nick De Marco is representing Swansea City in a hearing at the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Action was taken by Utrecht over Michel Vorm's transfer to Tottenham because they claim they are owed a sell-on fee. The case made by the Dutch Eredivisie club has previously been dismissed by Fifa.
