Nick De Marco successfully represented the Football Conference at an appeal before the FA Appeals Board, on 21 April 2010, brought by Fleetwood Town Football Club. The case concerned a challenge to fairness of the Conference’s decision to expunge the points of a club that had ceased to operate for financial reasons.
