An appeal before the Proscribed Organisations Appeal Commission. The appellants appealed, under the provisions of the Terrorism Act 2000, from the decision of the Secretary of State for the Home Department refusing their application for deproscription of the Peoples Mojahedin of Iran. This was the first substantive appeal ever heard by the Proscribed Organisations Appeal Commission.
