Salisbury City v Football Conference

Nick De Marco represented the Football Conference in the Club’s appeal against expulsion before the FA Appeal Panel. Salisbury was expelled from the Conference for serious financial irregularity, and unusually two parties claiming ownership of the Club submitted appeals. The FA Appeal Panel dismissed the appeal.
