Advising Monaco-based hedge fund (SRM Global) in respect of very substantial claims relating to conduct of Arcelor-Mittal steel merger.  Currently ongoing proceedings in Luxembourg involving Mittal and others.  Case involves claims that minority shareholders were prejudiced by terms of merger of the two steel giants.
