WARNING – Fraud/advanced fee fraud

We have been advised that a number of financial “scams” may have been utilising information from this website falsely and without authorisation.
This mainly takes the form of emails, letters and faxes purporting to be from Blackstone Chambers or from individuals at Blackstone Chambers. These may suggest receipt of a substantial inheritance which requires the recipient’s help to access, or invite the recipient to become involved in oil projects, with the promise of large financial payments in return. We believe that these requests are likely to be connected to organised fraud. If you receive such information, it is strongly advised that you ignore it.
