Northern Rock Litigation in Court of Appeal

Six members of Blackstone Chambers have appeared in the Court of Appeal this week, in an appeal against the refusal of the Administrative Court to allow an application for judicial review of the compensation terms for the nationalisation of Northern Rock Plc. Judgment has been reserved.
