The Times 100 2009 selects five from Blackstone Chambers

The Times list of the 100 most influential lawyers in Britain includes five members of Blackstone Chambers.
Lord Pannick QC is ranked 9th, he “remains among the handful of QCs in the alpha-league that makes them in highest demand”. Lord Lester of Herne Hill QC, a “leading public and constitutional lawyer, is still changing the law and pushing the boundaries of reform”. James Eadie QC “was appointed this year to the highly influential post of First Treasury Counsel”. Michael Beloff QC “is back to full-time practice at the Bar with a vengeance” and Lord Woolf of Barnes “may have retired as Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales in 2005 but he has not slowed down”.
