New Discrimination in Employment Handbook published

Members of Blackstone Chambers and solicitors at law firm Baker & McKenzie have co-written a new book on discrimination in Employment.
Published by Tolley’s, the handbook is described as a practical guide to employment discrimination law. It outlines basic concepts common to all strands of discrimination law, and then considers each strand in detail, including area where there is as yet little case law.
In all twelve members of Chambers have contributed chapters: Emma Dixon, Paul Goulding QC, Ivan Hare, Beverley Lang QC, Jane Mulcahy, Naina Patel, David Pievsky, Tom Richards, James Segan, Iain Steele, Claire Weir and Sarah Wilkinson. The foreword to the book is written by Lord Lester.
