Tom Hickman appointed Fellow of Bingham Centre of the Rule of Law

Tom Hickman has been appointed as Fellow of the Bingham Centre on the Rule of Law with co-responsibility for their programme on national security and due process.
The appointment complements Tom’s practice in public law and human rights.
