Tom Hickman Wins Inner Temple Book Prize

Tom's book, Public Law After the Human Rights Act addresses the impact of the human rights act on public law and on the relationship between the courts, government and Parliament.
It was one of two books shortlisted for the Inner Temple Book prize (young authors), which is awarded once every three years.
The Prize is intended to encourage and reward the writing of books which make an outstanding scholarly contribution to the understanding of the law as administered in England and Wales and is open to authors of any nationality or domicile.
