Employee Competition: Covenants, Confidentiality, and Garden Leave

This paper considers the international dimension of employee competition, in particular jurisdiction and choice of law in the enforcement of restrictive covenants. Further, it considers the general principles of employee competition relating, in the main, to restrictive covenants, confidentiality and garden leave.
