Fellow and Director of Legal Studies, Girton College, Cambridge.

Stephanie Palmer teaches a range of courses in public law and human rights to undergraduates and postgraduates at the University of Cambridge.  She is an Editor (developments section) of the leading comparative constitutional law periodical, International Journal of Constitutional Law (I*CON) based in New York and published by Oxford University Press, and is currently co-authoring (with J. Beatson, S Grosz, T. Hickman and R. Singh) Human Rights: Judicial Protection in the United Kingdom (Sweet and Maxwell forthcoming 2008).
