Employment
Members of Blackstone Chambers undertake a complete range of contentious employment work both for employers and employees. They advise on matters ranging from high value or complex High Court employment disputes, including restrictive covenants, injunctions, confidentiality, TUPE and garden leave to the entire gamut of issues in the employment tribunals, from unfair dismissal and equal pay to discrimination issues in all their forms.
Several members of Chambers also have considerable experience of the use of mediation to resolve employment disputes.
