In a recent interview with the Tax Journal, Sam Grodzinski QC discussed his leading practice in tax litigation, and public and regulatory law.

In addition to offering advice to those at the start of their legal careers, Sam outlined some of the changes he would make to current tax law and practice. He commented: “Apart from the (obvious) need to simplify the UK tax code, I would strengthen the law on legitimate expectation, so that taxpayers can feel confident that HMRC is required to stick to its published guidance.”.
