The Supreme Court has delivered judgment on the Article 50 'Brexit' appeal.
The Supreme Court delivered judgment in the Article 50 appeal at 9.30am on 24 January.
By a majority of 8:3, it has been confirmed that an Act of Parliament is necessary before Article 50 can be triggered.
