We are very pleased to report that David Pievsky QC has been appointed a Deputy High Court Judge.
The appointment, which takes effect on 1 October 2021, is for a 6-year fixed term, and follows an open competition run by the Judicial Appointments Commission.
David will hear cases in the Queen’s Bench Division, and sit for around 30 days a year. He will continue to practice full time across all his areas of expertise, including public and regulatory, civil liberties and human rights, immigration, professional discipline and employment law.
