On Friday 11th October Jason Pobjoy was called to the Bar of Ireland following his successful completion of the application and examination process. Jason has also been accepted as a member of the Law Library of Ireland.
Jason has been admitted to the Irish Bar in order to allow his continued representation of individuals and corporate entities before the Court of Justice of the European Union after the United Kingdom's departure from the EU. Jason has a significant number of cases pending in Luxembourg and only members of the Bar of a Member State enjoy rights of audience there. Tim Otty QC, Brian Kennelly QC, Catherine Donnelly and Emily Neill have previously been called to the Irish Bar.
