London Central Employment Tribunal has upheld the claims of over 200 judges for unlawful direct age and indirect race and sex discrimination against the Lord Chancellor and the Ministry of Justice in relation to changes made to the judicial pension scheme in 2015.

The claimants include six High Court judges, represented by Michael Beloff QC and Ben Jaffey, instructed by Bindmans.
