Blackstone Chambers has been joined by Tim Parker, one of the most highly rated junior barristers in Hong Kong.
Tim is now dual-qualified, having been admitted to practise in England and Wales in March 2018, on completion of a six-month pupillage with Blackstone Chambers. He will continue to be based primarily in Hong Kong, where he has practised since 2009, as well as taking on UK-based instructions.
Tim has a wide-ranging practice that encompasses all Chambers’ main areas of work, with a particular focus on public international law, public and regulatory disputes, competition and commercial law. He has previously worked on Hong Kong matters involving a number of members of Chambers, including Lord Pannick QC, Monica Carss-Frisk QC, Dinah Rose QC and Michael Fordham QC.
