  • Commercial: acting for the succesful applicant seeking summary judgment in respect of fraud claims arising out of a high value real estate development (Clivedale Ventures Ltd v H.I.G. Capital International Advisors LLP [2026] EWHC 269 (Ch)); acting for the succesful applicant for a worldwide freezing order in relation to a claim for fraud; acting (as a pupil) in a complex civil fraud claim for US$1 billion, brought by the Kuwaiti Public Institution for Social Security against its former Director General and other defendants (Public Institution for Social Security v Al Rajaan & Others).
  • Public & Human Rights: acting for the surviving family of members of the Afghan forces and Judiciary who were killed by the Taliban, in relation to their applications relocate to the UK; acting for six individuals living in Gaza seeking to join their father in the UK (R (RKC1 & Others) v Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs); acting (as a pupil) in a case before the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights, concerning constitutional arrangements in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Kovačević v Bosnia and Herzegovina).

Prior to starting pupillage, Isabelle worked in policy and public affairs, first at the Equality and Human Rights Commission, and then at Public Law Project, where Isabelle led the organisation's parliamentary advocacy, working on issues such as legal aid, refugee and migrant rights, and social security. Isabelle also spent time in Lebanon, where she was an intern in the office of the UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon.
