Tim accepts instructions in all Chambers' main areas of practice, following successful completion of pupillage in 2017-2018. 

Prior to joining Chambers, Tim was an associate at Ashurst LLP where he practiced in financial services regulation. He advised financial institutions on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious regulatory issues (including in respect of MIFID II, the Market Abuse Regulation and the Senior Managers Regime).

Tim qualified as a lawyer in Australia in 2013. He was Associate to the Hon. Justice Susan Kiefel AC, Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia.
