Ad Tech Collective Action LLP v Google

The Competition Appeals Tribunal has handed down judgment in Ad Tech Collective Action LLP v Google [2024] CAT 38. The CAT has certified this opt-out collective proceedings claim seeking more than £13bn in damages.
