Adath Yisroel Burial Society v HM Senior Coroner for Inner North London

Sam Grodzinski QC acted for the Claimant Jewish Burial Society in its successful Judicial Review claim against the so called "cab rank" policy of the Inner North London Coroner, who had refused to take into account Jewish or Muslim belief in the importance of speedy burials. The Divisional Court held that the policy was contrary to Article 9 ECHR, discriminatory and irrational.
