Athletics Integrity Unit v CJ Ujah

Nick De Marco KC and Ravi Mehta (instructed by Centrefield LLP) acted for British 100m sprinter CJ Ujah concerning an Anti-Doping Rule Violation at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. 

The AIU and Wada were satisfied that the Anti-Doping Rule Violation was not intentional but the result of Mr Ujah’s ingestion of a contaminated supplement. Mr Ujah is free to compete again on 6 June 2023. Please see press coverage here.
