The Supreme Court has today unanimously allowed the Secretary of State’s appeals and dismissed Ms Shamima Begum’s cross appeal.
This follows appeals in three separate sets of proceedings
brought by Ms Begum which have reached the Supreme Court concerning the
deprivation of her citizenship by the Secretary of State for the Home
Department in February 2019.
