Bridging the Bar, founded by Mass Ndow-Njie, is committed to the promotion of equal opportunities and diversity at the Bar. Founded to help students who – owing to disability, ethnic background, socio-economic background, education or sexuality – are statistically underrepresented in the profession. The Bridging the Bar (BTB) Academy is a specialised programme designed to support 100 high-quality candidates in their pursuit of pupillage and a career at the Bar. Its key objectives include enhancing the content and quality of pupillage applications, improving interview techniques, fostering a success-oriented mindset, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
The deadline for applications is approaching, on 1st July.
