Ben Jaffey and Shane Sibbel acted successfully for the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority (“QFCRA”) in the first challenge before the QFC Regulatory Tribunal by individuals to a decision notice of the QFCRA. The case concerned the respective roles of the claimants in communications between Al Mal Bank LLC and the QFCRA, and the Bank’s subsequent collapse.
