Abassi v Secretary of State for Foregn Affairs and Secretary of State for the Home Department

This was an opinion on the status of detainees at Guantanamo Bay given with Professor Vaughan Lowe and Stephen Solley QC. Subsequently, Guy Goodwin-Gill and Professor Lowe submitted an amicus curiae brief to the US Supreme Court on behalf of the International Bar Association in the case of Khalid v. United States in early 2004.
