Al-Shabib v University of Central England

Successfully represented the Defendant university in a County Court claim brought by a former student of the university involving breach of contract, race discrimination, victimisation, harassment, breach of the Human Rights Act and breach of the Data Protection Act.  Successfully applied to strike out the Claimant’s claim.
