BBC v (1) Sugar and (2) Information Commissioner

Instructed on behalf of the BBC in the first appeal to the High Court from the Information Tribunal under the Freedom of Information Act.  The case concerns the jurisdiction of the Information Tribunal in circumstances where the Information Commissioner had decided that the BBC was not subject to the requirements of the Act.  An appeal is pending in the Court of Appeal.
