BBC v Steven Sugar and the Information Commissioner

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 Sch.1 Part VI, the BBC had no obligation to disclose information held to any significant extent for the purposes of journalism, art or literature, whether or not the information was also held for other purposes. The predominant purpose for holding the information was not the correct test.
