BMW Williams F1 & Ralph Schumacher v The FIA

On 19th August 2003, Andrew Hunter represented the Formula One Team, BMW Williams and the driver Ralf Schumacher in their appeal to the FIA International Court of Appeal in Paris. The case concerned a penalty for alleged dangerous driving imposed on Ralf Schumacher by the Stewards of the German Grand Prix, which would have resulted in him dropping 10 grid positions in his next race. The Appeal Court quashed the Steward's decision and rescinded this penalty.
