Ian Mill QC and Andrew Green acted for the successful Defendant in this case. The Defendant sought sums due to him from his fight (co-promoted by the Claimant) in April 2008. The Claimant sought damages for breach of an alleged oral agreement under which it was entitled to promote the Defendant’s last professional fight against Roy Jones Jnr in November 2008.
