Commissioners of HM Revenue and Customs v Leisure Employment Services

Represented Commissioners of HM Revenue and Customs in minimum wage enforcement case.  Successfully argued in EAT that employer not paying minimum wage because of deductions from wages for utilities charge in accommodation provided by employer.  The Appeal by Leisure Employment Services was dismissed.
