Daraydan v Solland

Bringing an action on behalf of the Deputy Prime Minister of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed, in a 4 week trial against Swiss, Iranian and Syrian Defendants who had engaged in a complex international conspiracy to defraud the Claimant of several million pounds. The case laid down the modern approach to tracing proceeds of bribery.
