Dickie and Collingborn v. United Kingdom

Instructed by the Government in this case, which concerns alleged discrimination between men and women in relation to entitlement to additional pension based on a deceased spouse’s pension contributions.  This is the first time this issue will have been considered by the Court.  Claire has just drafted the Government’s Written Observations on the admissibility and merits of the case.
