Acted for the Director of the Assets Recovery (and Interim Receivers appointed on her application) to seek civil recovery orders in the Administrative Court against individuals who hold proceeds of crime.  The cases often turn on difficult issues of statutory construction and also often raise complex and sensitive factual issues.
