Director for the Assets Recovery Agency v Olupitan

Acted for the Director of the Assets Recovery (and Interim Receivers appointed on her application) to seek civil recovery orders in the Administrative Court against individuals who it is alleged hold proceeds of crime.  By way of examples: Successfully resisted application for summary judgment by a Defendant in a case concerning the extent to which it is necessary for the Director to rely on particular unlawful conduct to support her claim and obtained order for cross examination of a Respondent.
