Dr Colman v Scott & Ors

Represented the General Medical Council and six other individual defendants (led by Robert Englehart QC) in a High Court claim brought by a former member of the GMC concerning her previous erasure from the medical register and removal from a professional conduct committee of the GMC.  Successfully struck out the Claimant’s claim and obtained an extended civil restraint order against her.
