Dubai Islamic Bank v PSI Energy Holding Co BSC & Ors

Judgment for the Claimant bank in the sum of $432 million was given, consequent upon a three week trial in the Commercial Court, (Flaux J). The claim arose from a major international trade receivables fraud perpetrated on the bank in Dubai, and involved complex issues of foreign law, banking law and contractual construction.  Robert Anderson QC acted for the Claimant bank.
