England and Wales Cricket Board v Danesh Kaneria & Mervyn Westfield

Ian Mill QC & Nick De Marco represented the England and Wales Cricket Board in its successful prosecution of the well-known Pakistani international spin bowler, Danish Kaneria, for inducing Mervyn Westfield deliberately to concede a minimum number of runs during a T20 match in September 2009, in connection with spot-fixing in cricket. Kaneria was banned for life from all involvement in cricket under the auspices of the ECB.
