European Securities and Markets Authority v DTCC Derivatives Repository Limited

The High Court has on Friday 25 April handed down judgment authorising for the first time an on-site inspection of a trade repository by the European Securities and Markets Authority, the new European regulator of trade repositories and credit rating agencies.
