FA v QPR

Ian Mill QC and Nick De Marco represented QPR, and Adam Lewis QC and James Segan represented the FA, in the widely publicised football disciplinary hearing involving allegations of third party ownership. On 7th May, the Club was found guilty of 2 out of 7 charges and fined £875,000, but because of no points deduction the Club was promoted to the Premier League.
