Fenmore International Ltd v Potter and others

Stephen Nathan acted for the victim in a double fraud, involving an alleged advance fee fraud in this country and in Egypt which netted the alleged fraudsters $6 million of the Claimant’s money, forged bank documents and an alleged conspiracy between a solicitor and various intermediaries, including a so-called financial adviser who produced the forged documents. The claim was hotly contested.
