Formula 1 Arbitration re: Guy van der Garde

Ian Mill QC has succeeded in obtaining an Award, in an arbitration under Swiss International Arbitration Rules, in favour of the Formula 1 racing driver, Guy van der Garde, requiring the F1 team, Sauber, to honour its contractual obligation to nominate him as one of their two race drivers for the 2015 F1 Season. An order was made by an Australian Court (in advance of the first F1 race in Melbourne 14/15 March 2015) enforcing that Award as an order of that Court.
