Acting for Goldshield Ltd, one of the alleged participants in cartels in generic medicines affecting the NHS. Goldshield is being sued by over 30 claimants in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. It is also one of the Defendants to the first ever English criminal proceedings brought against participants in a cartel. Also acting for Goldshield in its intervention in the case of Norris.
